1. Are your products 100% genuine and authentic?

Yes, all of our products are directly from the manufacturer and or 100% qualified suppliers to carry those products.

2. How long does shipping take?

As we offer worldwide service, shipping times vary. We are based in North America. The average shipping time in North America is 3-5 Business Days. International Orders average 7-11 business days.

Free shipping is offered over a certain pricing threshold offered at the current time. Please check out the announcement section at the top of the homepage. 

Tracking is provided upon ordering. If for any reason you did not receive an email for your tracking number or through the Shop App. Please email info@thebeautysuperstore.com.

Keep in mind, there are some items that have some restrictions for international shipping and may have additional costs associated with it. If you are ordering from other than North America. Some restrictions may be in place when shipping Aerosol cans(Hairspray) or perfumes by air.

3. Cancelling my order?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24-48hrs of your purchase as handling/administration fees may apply.

4. Can i return my product?

Please email us @ info@thebeautysuperstore.com for returns before proceeding.

Yes we accept returns, however. Item(s) must be unopened and 100% sealed. The product must not be tampered in anyway. Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.

All orders returned will be at the customers cost. This includes shipping costs, fees etc.

5. When will i be refunded?

We will refund your order within 2-3 business days that the item has returned, as long as it is in perfect condition.
